I am an avid cottage gardener with a love for pass along plants and big fluffy pink peonies and pink roses. Many of my tangible creations reflect my love of the garden and all its wonderful colors. I have been selling my creations online since 2002 beginning as a hobby. After 10 years I quit the day job to pursue my art as a full time passion.

Hi: Just read your Friday's post, how scary is that! You are a brave woman! I live in Earthquake Country, I know what it's like to feel that scared and there is nothing you can do but pray! I am glad you are ok. Your spot on the the Vignette was wonderful. Your items are beautiful and you desire the honor! Job well done, on both things! Martha
What a lovely post about you! Your handwork is beautiful.
What a lovely and informative article about you! I loved it! But then if it pretains to you...I will always be interested!
Hugs for all you do for me!

Great article!Just read your post from Friday. That pic looks all tooooo familiar here in Cincinnati, Ohio. My first tornado was in 1973 went right over our house and slammed the hillside and subdivisions above us. What is really interesting...scary, but....how the tornado will hit a whole line of homes and skip one. During the 73 tornado it tore out homes, but in one the front picture window wall was intact with a statue of the Virgin Mary in it. In another, years later, the house went, but the little bathroom where the whole family was huddled was completely untouched. Any more I watch the dog..if Shadow wants in the basement...we go. If I'm watching DishTV I usually know when its a bad storm..the satelite signal blinks. That usually means we have 15-20 minutes before it gets to us.
A beautifully written article about you! Loved reading your story and seeing some of your lovely cottage creations!
Wasn't that so nice? You do deserve the acclaim, just look at your talent.
That storm post reminds me I am now in hurricane season here in Florida. It's been a few years since our 'run' of them, but the memory is still fresh.
Tomorrow for Pink Saturday I'm featuring a slideshow of lovely flowers from my Dad's gardens around his home on the St. Croix River in Wisconsin.
Today I have a post on Slide, an application that lets you have slideshows on your blog, website whatever.
Take Care, J
